Evan Alexander Sr. | Founder & CEO

Pioneer. Executive. Strategist.

Evan Alexander Sr. occupies a rare space in the sports industry: he is a former Division I athlete who lived the NIL movement before it had a name then successfully built a corporate career working for multiple fortune 500 companies. As one of the select athletes compensated in the historic O’Bannon v. NCAA case, Evan understood early on that an athlete’s value extends far beyond the scoreboard.

Evan also knows the harsh reality: the most dangerous moment in an athlete's life is when the game ends.

Bridging the gap between the locker room and the boardroom, Evan spent 15 years in high-level business leadership. Most recently within the semiconductor industry, he drove complex financial and pricing strategies, mastering the valuation, forecasting, and profitability models that build lasting wealth. He now translates this executive-level business acumen into a playbook for athletes, proving that the discipline required to win on the field is the same discipline required to build wealth off of it.

Evan founded Pivot Athletic Consulting (PAC) on a singular, biblical truth: “Where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18). He realized that without a clear roadmap, an athlete’s legacy fades the moment the jersey comes off.

Through PAC, Evan transforms uncertainty into strategy. He equips athletes to maximize today’s NIL opportunities while building a lasting vision beyond the game. By combining clear financial strategy with confident transition guidance, Evan ensures that for his clients, the end of the game is just the beginning of their legacy.
